  • These needs cannot be guaranteed. Confirmation of availability will come from QBRC in writing.
  • Rules & Regulations:
    1. There will be a $75.00 Vendor Fee- which will include SUMMIT T-Shirt.
    2. We provide 8foot table, chairs, tablecloth and skirting, power (outlet) and wi fi.
    3. We will confirm your participation.
    4. Will be open for setup as early as 2pm on Friday November 17th 2023
    5. Summit hours will be from Friday 6pm to 10pm and Saturday 9am-10pm and Sunday Workshop 9am to Noon (optional)
    6. Vendors will remain open until closing time. – During Friday and Saturday’s Summit.
    7. Vendors will clean their area following the end of the Summit- Saturday evening or Sunday morning. Please leave area as clean as you found it.
